I bought this tent 12 months ago with intentions to go camping with the family. this has never happened so I need to get rid of this tent and I will be buying something
smaller that I can put up by myself.
Sleeps 12, but very comfortable and roomy for a family or group of 4 or 5. Two separate bedrooms on each side.
Living room in middle is large (or more sleeping room if you are going for 12 people), you can stand up in there.
Front area we used as the kitchen.
This tent is huge and has everything you need. Most importantly there are loads of vents and windows with flexible options for opening and closing to maximize the afternoon cool down inside the Tent in summer.
I can't recall any tears or zip issues when I saw it up 12 months ago.
pickup from Mornington only as it's fairly heavy but in good strong canvas tent bag with handles and wheels.
