IKEA in 2015, comes with a washable cover that has a cat embroidered on it. The mat itself is plastic and blow up, easily cleaned with a wet wipe or a cloth.

Used plastic covered change mat, very clean, a little tattered due to wear and tear. However works fine with fitted sheet covering. Free sheet as well.
