Good condition, my kids loved it! Hours of fun!!Doorbell still works although I think it's ready for new batteries

as it's not stable with cracks however if you use abit of diy, fiberglass, ,plastic welding etc you might be able to fix otherwise leave as is. Kids still enjoy playing
