Had it for years. Not cotton. Not sure as to what material it is suitable to make dress, skirt or blouse or what ever you may want to make.

I have used this pattern once. And it worked out great. It's a very cute dress. My daughter is 12 so she will grow out of it soon. This is why I am selling it.
